Many believers want to know God but have not found the consistent relationship they seek. Jesus paid for our sins so we could have fellowship with Him and the Father and enjoy communion with Them day by day. God wants us to hear His voice consistently, not just on rare occasions. To know Him, we must spend quality time with Him, sharing from our hearts as well hearing from Him.

In John 10:27, Jesus said, My sheep hear my voice, I know them, and they follow me. It is through communicating with God that we get to know Him, not by merely reading the Bible. We need to live in His presence where there is fullness of joy. Many have lost the joy of their salvation and do not know how to get it back. SOLM is a servant ministry that shares truth, from personal experience, about the personal and intimate fellowship we can have with God.

For this reason, the Lord told Joseph Hedgecock to write the book, My Sheep Hear My Voice. This book contains clear, simple instructions on how to have fellowship with God. The 300+ scriptures in the book are easy to understand and do not include mysteries that cause confusion. This book is available in many different languages.

Servants of the Lord Ministries is an apostolic teaching and training ministry serving the Body of Christ. Our aim is to help believers develop a love relationship with God. Our vision from the Lord is to reach those whose hearts want to know God in a deeply personal way. Some believe only a few chosen people or those with high callings can hear God, but He desires fellowship with all of His children. Eternal life is much more than being born again. It is the privilege to know the Father and the Son personally and intimately. (John 17:1-3).

Our Commision

The Lord explained the purpose of the ministry to the founder Joseph C. Hedgecock as follows:

“I have children in every nation, and you have brothers and sisters, whose hearts are crying out to me. They have sought me for ministry, blessings, and gifts. I have given them those things and it has blessed them, but there is a part of their spirit that it never fulfilled that is reserved for an intimate relationship with Me. Now their hearts are crying out to Me, just for Me. That is who I am sending you to, because I don’t want them to take the years it took you to get to Me, because there was no-one to show you how at the time.”

What We Believe

SOLM believes in a triune God, revealed through the persons of the Father, Son (the Word), and the Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus was born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life and laid down His life voluntarily to pay for the sins of all mankind. We believe He came in the flesh (1 John 4:2, Philipians 2:7), died on the cross (Philipians 2:8), rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:4, 2 Corinthians 5:15), and now sits at the right hand of the Father making intercession for the saints (Hebrews 7:25).

We believe no one can be righteous in and of themselves (Romans 3:10) and that all have fallen short of His standard (Romans 3:23). We believe there is no other way to God the Father except through the blood of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 10:19). By the redeeming power of the blood of Jesus Christ, we can be washed clean of sin and receive the gift of eternal life and heaven (Romans 6:23). We believe the penalty of rejecting Christ’s free gift will result in eternal separation from God in the lake of fire with the devil and his angels (Revelation 20:10 and 15).

We believe in the empowering and gifting of the Holy Spirit to be witnesses of God and do His will (Acts 2: 16-17, 33). We believe in the five-fold ministry (Ephesians 4:11-16). We believe the Lordship of Jesus Christ should be evident in us (2 Corinthians 4:5, Philippians 2:10-11). We can have victory over sin and our flesh by abiding in Jesus and obeying Him (Galatians 5:16). We believe we can hear the voice of the Lord (John 10:27) and have fellowship and communion with Him (John 17:3) if we stay in the centre of His will (John 14:21 and 23).

We believe in the second coming of Jesus for His Bride, who are those in the church who have made themselves ready (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17). We believe all true Christians will rule and reign with Christ for a thousand years (Revelation 20:4), and that at the end of time will come the final judgement. We understand that all those who have accepted Christ as Lord and Saviour will continue to reign throughout eternity with Jesus, our Heavenly Father, and the Holy Spirit, having glorified bodies that will never die or suffer pain (Revelation 21:4).
